The 2014 ‘TDC’ Cabernet Sauvignon shows complex and concentrated up front fruit aromas of blackberry and mulberry. On the palate are ripe fruit characteristics of dark berries and liquorice. Subtle oak vanillas are evident on the nose and powdery tannins on the palate as it was matured in new and 1-2 year old oak for 12 months. The wine is rich and full bodied with well integrated tannins.
14% Alc/Vol. 750ml Approx. 8.3 Standard Drinks
Traditionally fined with egg white and milk. Traces may remain. Preservative 220 added.
