The 2020 ‘Block 17’ Shiraz was picked and co-fermented with a small amount of Viognier at the optimum fruit maturation to create a well-balanced wine with big, soft, velvety tannins.
Blueberries, cherries, chocolate and cinnamon aromas are evident, with plums, licorice on the palate. This medium to full bodied wine is matured in 1-2 year old American and French oak for 12 months to create subtle, well integrated, oak flavours.

Traditionally fined with egg white and milk. Traces may remain. Preservative 220 added.
